Great location! I felt safe staying here as a solo female traveler. Manager, Bain was pleasant & helpful. There are USB ports on both side tables. The tv is bigger than other Choice hotels & it swivels! Hot water had great pressure in shower. Would stay here again!
I got this room for my daughter till the place where she was moving to was ready. She absolutely loved it there. She said the staff was very friendly and of service. The room was clean, peaceful and quiet. It was a great place to stay. She highly recommends this location for also being safe.
The hotel is a mile from the Reno airport and has a free shuttle which runs from 4am-10pm. The hotel staff were very pleasant. The room was fine; comfortable and clean but the level of amenities expected at this price point. The room had a mini-frig and microwave which is handy if you don't have a rental car and order Door Dash (yes, this is a super easy spot for Dashers). The street noise was a bit irritating so if this is something that will bother you, simply ask for a room that doesn't face Plumb.

I saw a few negative reviews so was hesitant to book but I’m so glad I did! I think those other folks must have been super high maintenance or perpetual pessimists because the service at this hotel was incredible! They let me check in quite early, very helpful with printing and shipping, and even called when I left a medication that they are shipping back to me. Rooms were clean, bed comfy, and breakfast tasty. Highly recommend!
Stayed here for one night for a flight out of Reno. Check in was seamless, no problems at all. The front desk host was super helpful. They offered an extended park so that was nice to have as we will be gone for a week. The rooms were big and spacious, nothing extraordinary but sufficient enough for our needs. The next morning, we went to the front desk at 4:30am, the shuttle driver was ready to go. Didn’t make us wait even one minute. Drive from the hotel was about 5 minutes and he dropped us right at the door. When we got into the airport my boyfriend said, we need to do a review! So here I am. Definitely going to be staying here again when I come to town.
The stay was nice and the room was clean, along with comfy beds. Breakfast is from 6-9 but I woke up at 9:05am so I didn't bother to check if they left anything out or not. Over the phone we were asked if we had a certain insurance company we have AAA but upon arrival nothing was asked about it. Not sure why it mattered. Overall it was a good stay.
The rooms are very clean. The elevator is a little old but that's okay. Service they don't seem to be bad just uninterested. The location's a little tricky but convenient cuz it's so close to the airport.
